"Steve is everything you could hope for in a running coach. Not only does he keep you accountable, but he also brings incredible positivity and unwavering support, especially during the tough mental moments that come with marathon training. He adapts training plans around your schedule, making it possible to balance intense training with a busy life. With his experience and proven results, Steve’s guidance is both grounded and encouraging. He transformed my goal from simply finishing a marathon to crossing the finish line with a time I’m incredibly proud of—all while keeping me injury-free. “When I started with Steve, I was a complete beginner, just walking with small intervals of running. Now, I’m running 10Ks non-stop and loving every step of it. I run regularly, 2 to 4 times a week, and I’m working towards my first half-marathon race with full confidence. What sets Steve apart is his individual approach, he doesn’t use cookie-cutter plans. He takes the time to understand where you’re at and creates a training plan that suits you. He’s also incredibly helpful and always accessible when I need support or advice. Joining the Run Coaching Membership was a no-brainer for me, and I’m so glad I did.”

“Starting with Steve was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. In my late forties, I knew my health and fitness had slipped badly, I didn’t know where to start, but I knew I needed to make a change. Steve provided exactly what I needed: a caring, experienced coach who took the time to understand me and create a plan tailored to my needs. Six months later, I’m running 5Ks non-stop, I feel my energy and vitality returning, and I’m close to reaching my target weight and tone. But more importantly, I’ve found a confidence I didn’t expect, and I’m now chasing goals I once thought were impossible. If you’re looking for someone to guide you with expertise and genuine support, I can’t recommend Steve enough.”

After running for many years, I decided I wanted to tick a marathon off my bucket list. Steve had already coached my husband through his first marathon with outstanding results, so seeking his help was a no-brainer. His knowledge and ability to nurture and support you through training is incredible. He explained each phase of training so clearly, and I had full trust in every piece of information he gave me. I genuinely enjoyed the process—every run, every check-in, and the encouragement Steve gave along the way. He understood what this goal meant to me and made sure I arrived at the start line uninjured, in peak fitness, and at the finish line smiling. Thanks to Steve, not only did I achieve my dream of completing a marathon, but I now can’t wait to take on more challenges ahead. I’m so thankful and grateful for his guidance, patience, and belief in me, it truly made all the difference.
